SIDELL trades non-ferrous recycled metals between Mexico and the United States. The brand already existed when we arrived — the logo, the color, the name. What did not exist was somewhere to send a buyer from abroad.
The site had to do two things at once: hold the entire conversation in English with someone buying from another country, and prove there is a real operation on the other end. That is why it ships as two complete languages rather than a half-translation, and why the photographs are of their own warehouses and their own shipments.
The structure follows the order in which people actually buy in this trade: who you are and whether you are legally incorporated, what materials you handle, where you operate, how to reach you. No filler in between.
International clients came out of those 30 emails. That is what the site was built to do.
